Shipping and Return

We accept international orders with free shipping. No sale tax. We use EMS to do free shipping worldwide. It is trustable transportation company. All shipments were shipped by air. When we get your payment, we will prepare the item for you at once, normally the whole delivery takes around 5-7 business days to your door, a signature will be required when your parcel upon. But we do not take any responsibilities due to wrong shipping address or incomplete shipping address. Return and Exchanger services are available on all orders.

For Return
The item must be absolutely in original condition, unworn and 100% brand new. Then please contact us via email or Live Chat to state the reasons for return within 7days of the receipt. And please be sure send back the item by insured transportation company, we will not have any responsible for any damage or loss of the return shipments. A 15% restocking fee and another 15GBP shipping fee will be reduced from the refund amount.

For exchange
For each item, exchange one time only. Exchange only allowed for the item(s) which is defective or be damaged during delivery upon or the item(s) does not fit. The item must be absolutely in original condition, unworn and 100% brand new. Then please contact us via email or Live Chat to state the reasons for exchange and which item will be exchanged within 7days of the receipt. For the shipping cost, the customer has to cover all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. If due to our fault, the shoe does not fit, we will cover all the shipping cost, such as we sent wrong color, wrong size, and even wrong style. For Cancellation:
After your payment, we will prepare the shipment for you at once. If you would like to cancel it, please notify us as soon as possible via email or Live Chat. If your order already was dispatched, we will have no way to cancel it, you must return the item back in original condition and unworn. When we get the return item, we will offer refund in 5-10 business days, the postage will be reduced.
